Tasting Notes:
Luigi Bosca Malbec Terrior . Los Miradores is violet with dark purple shades.  Seductive aromas reminiscent of black fruit, ripe plum and quince, combined with floral and spiced notes.  Elegant mouthfeel, with the fruity presence of cherry, plum and currant.  All the elements are perceived as well integrated.  Silky tannins, a long chocolate-rich finish, and a subtle mineral memory.  Well-structured, soft, sweet with a long, delicate and fresh finish.

Ageing in barrels:
The wine is aged in new French oak barrels for 12 months.

Recommended wine serving tempature:
Between 16 and 18 degrees C.  We suggest decanting the wine at least one hour before drinking.

Recommended pairings:
Red meat, game meat, spiced sauces.
